1 lb Lump crab meat
1 head romaine lettuce
1 cucumber, finely chopped
1 red bell peppers, finely chopped
1 yellow bell peppers, finely chopped
3 tablespoons avocado oil vegenaise or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Begin by chopping the cucumber and bell peppers into small pieces.
In a bowl, add Lump crab meat, cucumber, bell peppers, vegenaise or mayonnaise, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Wash the lettuce well and cut leaves in half. Place around 4 pieces on a plate and top with your crab mix.
