Begin by cooking your rice of choice - we used parboiled rice and added salt and olive oil to the mix. Continue cutting your bell peppers in thin long strips.
Serve a bed of rice on each plate, add your pepper strips and top with your Jumbo Lump crab meat. Drizzle some fresh lemon and olive oil on top - enjoy!
