1 lb Margarita® Cocktail Claw Crabmeat
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups oil to fry
1/2 cup oil to cook
Cilantro & chives, chopped
1 tablespoon Oelek sambal
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup water
Salt to taste
Start by seasoning the fresh Margarita® Cocktail Claws with salt. Put the flour in a mixing bowl and dredge the crabmeat on it. Pour 2 cups of frying oil on a pan over high heat, proceed cooking the Margarita® Cocktail Claws until golden brown. Take them out and place them on paper towel.
Using a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, pour the oil to cook and add the garlic - cook until golden brown. Add a tablespoon of sambal and stir fry for 30 seconds, then add half a cup of water and the crabmeat. Coat them very well with the garlic mixture. Let them cook for 2 minutes, garnish with cilantro and chives.
Serve immediately, top with some crumbled nuts of choice and enjoy!
