1/2 lb Margarita® Super Lump Crabmeat
3-5 sweet bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms (use your favorite kind), chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup spinach
Blue corn tortilla chips
Ground black pepper
Himalayan pink salt
Olive oil
Ingredient quantities will vary depending on how many servings you would like to make. Begin by chopping your sweet bell peppers and mushrooms into small pieces. In a bowl, mix together your Margarita® Super lump Crabmeat, bell peppers, mushroom, spinach and mozzarella cheese - sprinkle some salt, pepper and olive oil.
Start preheating oven to 350 °F. Transfer your mix into a baking dish and top with layer of mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 10-15 min until cheese is golden. Enjoy this delicious cheesy crab dip and serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted sliced baguette - your choice!
