1/2 lb Margarita® Super Claw Crabmeat
1 lb Organic Edamame Spaguetti
Shiitake mushroom, sliced
White onion, sliced
Green onion, chopped
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Nutritional yeast
Black ground pepper
Pink Himalayan salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Start by boiling a salted pot of water and cook the pasta according to package directions. We used organic edamame spaghetti, use your pasta of choice. Meanwhile, prep your ingredients.
Begin by slicing your white onion and shiitake mushrooms, cut your desired amount of veggies. Over medium-high heat, place your veggies on a pan with olive oil. Saute, stirring occasionally, until everything gets a good sear and is browned/caramelized. Lower the heat - add your Margarita® Super Claw Crabmeat and some chopped green onion. Add salt and pepper to taste, we also sprinkled some nutritional yeast.
Once the pasta is ready, drain and add it into your pan. Mix thoroughly with your crab veggie olive oil mix, add more olive oil if desired. Once served, add some freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
