1/2 lb Margarita® Lump Crabmeat
1 French baguette
1 Avocado
2 Mini sweet bell peppers
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 lemon
Red pepper flakes
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
In a bowl, begin by combining your fresh Margarita® Lump Crabmeat with two tablespoons of mayo, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste - squeeze your lemon and mix well.
With your French baguette split in the middle, cut your avocado and place on each half - sprinkle some red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Add your fresh Margarita® Lump mix and top with some pieces of sweet bell peppers.
