1 lb Margarita® Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
1 small celery stalk, finely chopped
4 rolls, split and lightly toasted
Melted butter, for brushing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Old Bay® Seasoning
Ground black pepper
Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine the Margarita® Jumbo Lump Crabmeat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, chives, Old Bay® seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Place crab salad in refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes - this allows the salad to absorb the flavoring.
Brush cut sides of the rolls with melted butter and fill with the crab salad. Serve with French fries or any other side dish of your choice!
