Margarita® Jumbo Crabmeat
Brown sushi rice
Sushi vinegar seasoning
Nori sheets
1 avocado, sliced
Sesame seeds
Soy sauce
Chives
Black pepper
Salt
Begin by cooking your sushi rice and make sure to season with sushi vinegar seasoning. Then slice your avocado and chop chives in tiny bits. Cut square nori sheets in half crosswise. Place the nori, the shiny side down, on your palm. Place 2-3 tablespoons of seasoned rice on at one end (the right end if you are holding it in your left hand). Spread the rice over half of the nori sheet, flatten/spread it evenly.
Arrange Margarita® Jumbo Crabmeat and avocado diagonally over the rice from the outside corner (upper right) towards the center. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fold the bottom right corner towards the middle to form a cone. Continue to roll until the cone is complete.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds and chives. Serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger!
