1 lb Margarita® Lump Crabmeat
1 head romaine lettuce
1 cucumber, finely chopped
1 red bell peppers, finely chopped
1 yellow bell peppers, finely chopped
3 tablespoons avocado oil vegenaise or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Begin by chopping the cucumber and bell peppers into small pieces.
In a bowl, add your Margarita® Lump Crabmeat, cucumber, bell peppers, vegenaise or mayonnaise, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Wash the lettuce well and cut leaves in half. Place around 4 pieces on a plate and top with your crab mix.
