Doral International Foods is a leading importer and distributor of fresh blue crabmeat from Venezuela and Colombia. As a family run company with over 25 years of experience, our main goal is to deliver outstanding quality products by providing the freshest and safest crabmeat into the market – free of any preservatives, chemicals, or additives.
Our fresh blue crab is wild-caught and hand-picked with the highest standards and processed at our HACCP certified facilities. HPP: Fresh crab meat is delivered daily to Miami, FL, where it undergoes High Pressure Processing — a clean, natural method that preserves taste and extends shelf life without additives or preservatives.
