Doral International Foods is a leading importer and distributor of fresh blue crabmeat from Venezuela and Colombia. As a family run company with over 25 years of experience, our main goal is to deliver outstanding quality products by providing the freshest and safest crabmeat into the market – free of any preservatives, chemicals, or additives.

Our fresh blue crab is wild-caught and hand-picked with the highest standards and processed at our HACCP certified facilities. Our sustainability and social responsibilities are followed throughout the entire process, thus always maintaining the various species at healthy levels and premium quality. Supplying consistency and freshness to our consumers is our highest priority.

  • Authentic Blue Crab: Our fresh crabmeat comes from Authentic Blue Crabs, from the species Callinectes Sapidus and Callinectes Toxotes.

 


  • Wild-Caught: Our blue crabs are wild-caught and hand-picked fresh from the pristine waters of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

 


  • HACCP: Our partners around the world follow, document, and implement all systems and procedures in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points standards.

 


  • HPP: Our crabmeat arrives fresh daily to Miami, FL where it is treated by High Pressure Processing (HPP) – all natural, no preservatives, no chemicals, no additives.

Crab Tacos

Begin by preparing all fillings - cut cherry tomatoes and avocado, set aside lettuce and crab meat. Put taco shells (or tortillas) on a baking pan and warm in oven or air fryer, about 3 minutes. Arrange on a platter and fill with bed of lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, Jumbo Lump crab meat and top with freshly squeezed lemon, olive oil, Himalayan salt and fresh ground pepper.
