Doral International Foods is a leading importer and distributor of fresh blue crab meat from Venezuela and Colombia. As a family run company with over 25 years of experience, our main goal is to deliver outstanding quality products by providing the freshest and safest crab meat into the market – free of any preservatives, chemicals, or additives.

Our fresh blue crab is wild-caught and hand-picked with the highest standards and processed at our HACCP certified facilities.   • HPP: Our crab meat arrives fresh daily to Miami, FL where it is treated by High Pressure Processing (HPP) – all natural, no preservatives, no chemicals, no additives.
