Our crab meat comes from the species Callinectes Sapidus, or the “True Blue Crab,” which is of the highest standard. Our Premium grades are left in it's most pure state with all the natural savory fats found in crab meat providing its delicious flavor.

We have a vast reach and excellent relationships with third-party production facilities in Maracaibo, Venezuela which happily supply jobs to thousands of people. The product’s sustainability and social responsibilities are followed by all plants, maintaining the species at healthy levels and premium quality. We are proud to offer top grade crab meat. Arriving fresh daily to Miami, FL and then treated by High Pressure Processing (HPP).

HPP : a non-thermal technology that destroys all pathogenic bacteria (such as Listeria, E. Coli, Salmonella, Vibrio and spoilage microorganisms like yeast and mold) found naturally in wild-caught seafood. It is a natural process that uses pure cold water to inactivate harmful pathogens without compromising nutritional value, taste or appearance. This extra step allows our crab meat to be safe for consumption, while maintaining freshness and preserving health promoting compounds. Shelf life extends to 21 days - USDA/FSIS and FDA-Approved - 100% natural, no preservatives, no chemicals, no additives.
