Our crab meat comes from Authentic Blue Crabs from the species Callinectes Sapidus and Callinectes Toxotes. They are wild-caught and hand-picked fresh from the pristine waters of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

High Pressure Processing is a natural process that uses pure cold water to inactivate harmful pathogens without compromising nutritional value, taste, or appearance. It's a non-thermal technology that destroys all pathogenic bacteria (such as Listeria, E. Coli, Salmonella, Vibrio) and spoilage microorganisms, naturally found in wild-caught seafood. This extra step allows our crab meat to be safe for consumption, while maintaining freshness and preserving health promoting compounds.
