Begin by finely chopping your onion and celery. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and avocado into small pieces. On a large plate, create a bed of lettuce and mix in some arugula. Start to add all your toppings - Premium Jumbo Lump crab meat, tomatoes, chickpeas, avocado, celery and onion.
In a small bowl, pour approximately 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, a splash of fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk together and pour evenly onto the salad. Garnish with some chives.
