1/2 lb Margarita® Super Lump Crabmeat
6 romaine lettuce leaves
2 hass avocados, peeled, pitted & chopped
1/3 cup white onion, finely chopped
2 roma tomatoes, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
Lemon
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Begin by washing and setting aside your romaine lettuce leaves. Continue by finely chopping about 1/3 cup of your white onion – cut the tomatoes, celery stalks, and avocados into small pieces.
In a medium to large bowl, place your fresh Margarita® Super Lump crabmeat and mix with freshly squeezed lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. Add all cut up ingredients to the bowl and mix well with crabmeat.
With your romaine lettuce on a plate, add the fresh crab mixture on top of each leaf – drizzle some olive oil on top and enjoy!
