1/2 lb Lump crab meat
1 French baguette
1 avocado
2 mini sweet bell peppers
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 lemon
Red pepper flakes

In a bowl, begin by combining your fresh Lump crab meat with two tablespoons of mayo, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste - squeeze your lemon and mix well.
With your French baguette split in the middle, cut your avocado and place on each half - sprinkle some red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Add your fresh Lump mix and top with some pieces of sweet bell peppers.
