1 lb Jumbo Lump crab meat
5 cups romaine lettuce, torn or sliced
1 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup garbanzo beans/chickpeas
6-7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
3-4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Begin by prepping all your ingredients - slicing the romaine lettuce and purple cabbage. In a large bowl - place your lettuce, cabbage and chickpeas.
Pour approximately 6-7 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of distilled white vinegar, 4-5 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, pink Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste (measurements above are our recommendation).
Mix thoroughly and then add your fresh Jumbo Lump crab meat. Mix all ingredients well and enjoy this fresh and nutritious salad!
