1 lb Margarita® Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
5 cups romaine lettuce, torn or sliced
1 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup garbanzo beans/chickpeas
6-7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
3-4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Begin by prepping all your ingredients - slicing the romaine lettuce and purple cabbage. In a large bowl - place your lettuce, cabbage and chickpeas.
Pour approximately 6-7 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of distilled white vinegar, 4-5 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste (measurements above are our recommendation).
Mix thoroughly and then add your fresh Margarita® Jumbo Lump Crabmeat. Mix all ingredients well and enjoy this fresh and nutritious salad!
